Shipping and Delivery

All UK orders are dispatched via DPD where a signature is required for all deliveries. The delivery charge stated below is per order, not per item. To minimise delays, the customers must ensure that they are able to accept the delivery between 9.00 and 18.00 Monday to Friday.

Return Policy:

The customers can simply return the goods to the Company using the RETURNS FORM provided within the package within 14 days of receipt and a full refund will be issued (excluding original postage costs). The customers must ensure that they return the items to the Company in good time so they receive the items within their 14 day policy.
