Couldn't of asked for better service!

Originally I was a bit wary due to never hearing of the Reliant Direct before and I was spending a lot of money on a new TV but after extensive research they were the best price by far and also appeared to have good feedback. I ordered my TV and wasn't due delivery for around a 10 days but around a week into my order I recieved a phone call from Reliant to appologise for the delay and explain that they were now handing my Tv over to the delivery team and the process as to arranging a suitable time slot for delivery. I wasn't expecting this call and found it put my mind at rest because I knew what stage in the delivery we were at. Once the TV arrived it was exactly as described, no problems at all and its a brilliant TV. I would definitely use them again.

Good service and delivery but emails received from delivery company confirming time and date of delivery quoted a different order number and supplier than those quoted by Beyond Television in their emails. So I had to contact Beyond Television to ensure that the correct item would be delivered. As it turned out I needn't had worried as the right item was delivered but it would be better if the doubt hadn't arisen in the first place.
