To place an order:

To place an order, find a restaurant on the website near your location, click on the restaurant name or the Delivery/Collection icons for that restaurant and book an order choosing from the menu of the selected restaurant. The orders are only taken online from the website and you can just place an order with one restaurant at a time. Choose the time you want to have your order delivered. You can make an order ahead of time, but the order should be placed for the same day.

Changes and cancellations:

Most of the services are just for members. You can change your address of delivery going in the “My Locations” in your account and you will have the order delivered there. Moreover, you have to be a member to cancel your order, Load the order in your Order History, and to make any changes in your order. If you aren’t a member, you will have to cancel the order by emailing us and make a fresh order with your desired changes. Once your order has been sent to the restaurant, you can no longer cancel it or change it via emailing us.  You will need to call the restaurant on the number provided in your “Order accepted” email.

Even for members, they can cancel a submitted order until the point the order is sent to the restaurant.

Payments:

There are different modes of payment with Hungry House. The modes of payment are shown at the top of the menu before you order. If you are paying by cash or cheque, you need to pay the driver. If you don’t want to pay in cash, you can pay online through the hungryhouse website by entering your card information at the checkout stage. The payments are all secure.

Refunds:

In case a restaurant cannot fill your order, you will receive an automated email from Hungry house saying "Order declined". In this case, any online payment is immediately returned to your Hungryhouse account and available to re-use on a second order.If you choose not to reorder, the full amount is refunded into your bank account within 24 hours. Depending upon your bank, refunds can take up to three business days to appear on your account.
