The store is situated in Cheetham Hill close to Manchester City Centre. The minimum order value to shop at the store is £100 just like the website.

Delivery:

Products within the UK are normally delivered within 10 working days of placing the order and those of outside UK within 20 working days.  There is no next day delivery service provided by Jewellery World. They normally charge 6.50 GBP on every parcel below 30 kg and offer free delivery on orders above £200 in value to UK Mainland provided it is sent in a single package.

Returns and Cancellations:

In case you are dissatisfied with the product that you receive, you can contact Jewellery World’s team at 0161 834 5007 and the product must be returned to them within 7 days of receipt.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order to the seller. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if they have process of shipping them as already been initiated.
