Delivery Process
Standard UK delivery which costs £3.90 is delivered to you within 3 to 5 working days. Your order is needed to be placed before 4pm to guarantee delivery on the next working day. If your order has been placed after 4pm on a Friday or has been placed on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will be delivered on the following Tuesday. A signature will be needed on receipt of the parcel. Delivery is not available on Saturday or Sunday or Bank Holidays therefore your parcel will be delivered to you on the next working day. Some remote areas and offshore locations will take longer than one day and be delivered in normal working hours between 8am - 8pm. Deliveries to Northern Ireland can take up to 2 working days longer. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands (including Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands) may take 2-3 working days longer. Deliveries to the Channel Islands and The Isle of Wight can take 1-2 working days longer. The couriers usually deliver Monday to Friday, 8am - 8pm. The couriers will try re-delivery up to a maximum of three (3) times and if delivery is not successful after the third attempt they will return the goods to us and we will issue a refund. It may split delivery of your order into several parts based on stock availability. You will not be charged extra for this facility. Free delivery offers cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotion or discount code. It also delivers to Europe, USA and Canada. If you can't find the country you live in on the drop down at the checkout page when selecting the country of delivery, it regrettably means that we do not deliver to where you live you right now. Madam Rage is a Yorkshire based clothing retailer, I was allowed to pick an item from their website to review - honesty as always, click here to read my disclaimer. If you shop at Newlook you may be familiar with this brand as Madam Rage is a concession on the Newlook website. I chose the *Madam Rage Floral Skater Dress (UK 8, £28). I love this dress. The print and modern cutout panelling is a great combination - it would be great in the summer with sandals but also during autumn with tights, ankle boots and a black faux leather jacket. I feel that the dress is well priced for the quality and design.
