Payment Options

Delivery Process

On the product page for each item, you'll notice an estimation of delivery. Dispatch is when it sends the product to its delivery partner. You’ll be charged for each product, so if you’re ordering more than one, the total delivery cost will be added up and shown at checkout. It controls the delivery costs - so no matter how much you order, it’ll never be above £39.95. Delivery typically happens during weekdays, though some carriers do offer a Saturday or Sunday delivery option. Where applicable, you can opt for this at checkout. Please note that once you've placed your order, the company cannot can't change your delivery option to a Saturday or Sunday. Once you've placed an order, just log in and go to 'My orders' where you'll see all the products you've bought. Select an item and we'll take you to a tracking page that'll tell you exactly where it is.

Buyers Review

The Buro office swivel chair is great value, and looks good. Delivery was no hassle, although came with a lot of packaging which the delivery guys wouldn't take away, which was a bit of a pain to dispose of. This was one of two items ordered at the same time, delivered separately. The second item was the Anton shelving unit, which looks great (and for which packaging was removed by the delivery guys), but the unit was delivered with one of the shelves missing a necessary component to be able to screw it to the glass side supports. Basically a missing fancy rawl plug type thing, but Made.com couldn't send out the missing part, or even just one replacement shelf. We would have to have a whole new unit delivered and swop it, and there is a 12 week wait for delivery of new units. So instead they are sending out a "furniture technician" to try mend the unit, but there was a wait of a few weeks (and another day off work...) and then the appointment got cancelled due to technician being ill, so now awaiting rescheduled visit. All seems a lot of palaver for what should have been simple to solve (and something which should have been picked up by basic quality control in the first place - it's an obvious fault when you look at the faulty shelf). The unit itself is great, and we'd buy it again, and to be fair to Made.com they are taking steps to sort it out, it's just frustrating that it takes so long and seems disproportionate amount of hassle.
