Cancellation:

If you have to cancel the booking for any reason, then you must notify the Rural Retreats in writing at their address. A cancellation charge is levied depending upon the number of days before the rental period start date, and the rental charge is the percentage of the rental cost of the selected property. The amount payable is given below:

• Within 1 - 14 days - 100% of the rental value
• Within 15 - 28 days - 75% of the rental value
• Within 29 - 56 days - 50% of the rental value
• On Completion of 57 days or more - Full deposit of the rental value
