Book With a Deposit, Pay Later

SpaBreaks requires a booking fee of a nominal amount at the time of booking the experience. The balance can be paid at a time not later than one calendar month before the date of the experience. In case of group bookings, payment can be made only by a single group member. Payments can be made using any of the following methods:

• Credit/debit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Electron, Solo and Delta. All payments made by credit card carry a 2.5% handling charge. Debit cards do not carry a handling charge.
• Personal/company cheques made payable to "Spabreaks.com Ltd".
• Bank Transfers are accepted on balances over a certain amount.

Alterations and modifications in the dates, venues or number of group members are permissible on payment of additional fee.

Easy Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of SpaBreaks. Hotel’s cancellation policy is not applicable. SpaBreaks permits cancellation of the spa break at any time up until 28 days prior to travel. The concerned person can simply send a written confirmation by email and also speak to a consultant on the phone to confirm this. The deposit amount paid at the time of booking however will be retained as administration fee. Bookings cancelled with less than 28 days to go before travel will result in forfeiture of all payments made by that time.
