We booked this holiday at the last minute after being badly treated by another travel company. From the start we were treated in a professional and friendly way. Our tour guide was Excellent. We felt safe and confident with him "leading" us. A staff member from Travelsphere was also a member of our party, he was a very pleasant young man, friendly and quickly took up the role of "leader" taking us back to the coach and hotel, when one of our party fell in Florence allowing our guide to go to the hospital with her. It was also good to know that the Travelsphere member of staff was there on a work basis and thus quality control was taking place. Some of the days involved long travel, but this is to be expected if you wish to see so many cities in such a short time. Our driver was excellent and again we felt very safe in his capable hands. The hotels varied, but most of the staff were friendly and for the price paid we felt the holiday overall was good value. On the downside from 1st October the air conditioning is switched off IN THE HOTELS (this is the law in Italy) and not Travelsphere's fault, however it was rather hot and although we were able to open windows we then got bitten by mosquitoes. I would recommend Travelsphere to family and friends.
