After you book the tickets online Virgin Holidays will automatically send a receipt through e-mail, if it has your address, and it confirm the booking by transferring you a Confirmation Invoice. After Virgin Holidays gets the full payment for the holiday (either 12 weeks before departure or at time of booking, if less than 12 weeks from departure) and approximately 14 days before departure, all your documents will be sent to you. If you book within 2 weeks of departure you will collect them from the airport. You just need to bring your passport and enjoy the trip.

I flew with Virgin from London Gatwick to St Lucia. The staff on the check in desk in London were really nice, not even as if they have to be, but genuinely wanted to help me. I was on a potential upgrade list, which I’d never had before, and they talked me through how it would work. It was quick and easy to check in. I had access to the v-room which was a great way to start the flight. You get complimentary Wi-Fi, food and drink. There’s also a kids area and TV screens too. Yay, I was upgraded! The premium economy cabin was clean and comfy and I was given a glass of ‘Champers’ as I found my seat. The journey was easy with a good range of TV programs and movies. I had enough space in front of me to do some work on my laptop too. Food was just ok on the way out, but delicious on the way back. I had a beefy bourginon thing, which was a taste sensation. They also gave out Fab lollies, which was cool, and when you come into land they give you Love Hearts. Nice touch. The staffs were really kind and helped me to get my stuff sorted when I was in a middle seat on the way back. Great experience and would definitely travel with Virgin again.
